Recently purchased my 2005 Alpine coach and trying to get some factory build information. The problem Western has apparently gone out of business, all the phone numbers I have are disconnected. Can someone provide me with some contact information. Much appreciated

There is a forum for Alpine owners. look under the "Owners Corner" the first forum is for Alpine Owners. Yes WRV went out of business in 2009. There is an active support group including LOTS of technical info in the Alpine forum.

Western Recreational Vehicles, the builder of your Alpine coach went out of business a couple of years after your coach was made. The only info you'll get is from other owners on the Alpine Forum. They should be able to provide you anything you need to know, if they're like the other owner's forums.
We visited the WRV plant when were motor home shopping in 2004. It was probably one of the best built coaches on the market back then. They built their frame, washed it and then coated before equipment was added. It rolled down the line like a Nascar plant. There was a designer that that could one of the shorter models to get the rear end to break loose in a turn.
I really liked how their front generator opened up, exposing the diesel fill.

Good luck with your Alpine. They were on our short list, as we liked a few of their models with the mid entry door. Peak chassis is still one of the better handling chassis under a Class A DP. Good overall build quality and components.
And yes to joining the owner's group here, and elsewhere. I have a neighbor who has a Alpine, and before that a Country Coach Inspire. He was nervous about leaving the Country Coach groups super great User Community. Talked with him about this over the holidays, and he said he found the Alpine group to be every bit as good and techie... And many (His choice of words, not mine!) reformed Country Coach owner's - that came over to the Alpine way of life ! (All kidding aside. He likes his coach. Did add an extra few parts to carry about the electrical connections (Multiplexer (Vansco, or Vascro is what I think he said.) But he and I both carried extra Country Coach parts too. He was looking for a 36' Country Coach Intrigue, when this unit came his way. 36" with the VGT era ISL400 - and he is very pleased with performance, handling, build quality - and his wife likes it too !).
Best of luck to you,
Smitty

We just sold our 01 Monaco and bought our 07 Alpine.
The Alpine forum is on point when it comes to information.
Love the coach.

You can also check out the technical library on the Alpine Coach Association.com website. Members have done a great job over the years, capturing a large portfolio of Alpine-specific data that is free and accessible to the general public. Of course, we hope you would consider joining and supporting the ACA, so we can continue to maintain our presence on IRV2 forum, and to support and maintain the ACA website.

Adding your model and year to your signature will aid other owners is assisting you with specific issues. While there are many common features there are also certain peculiarities from year to year and model to model. In some cases, changes were made without notice so nothing is a given with an Alpine.
You'll enjoy your coach most of the time and when you don't there is a tremendous amount of support available here.

Loved our Alpine Avalanche
You'll love your 2005. We bought ours new in 2006, put over 200,000 wonderful, fun and adventurous miles on it and then recycled it to a new owner earlier this year when we bought a new Newmar. Miss a lot of the great things about the Alpine, like the smooth ride. We found a lot of information on here after WRV went out of business so keep searching for answers, they'll be here somewhere.
