When I've had issues like that what I've done is Remove, Contact Spray, & Replace any and all connectors that run from the engine compartment to the dash. Inspecting too, looking for contact anomalies. In my '02 Diesel, there's a bunch of them. That wiping action of R&R connectors has done the trick for a couple of my dash gauges bouncing. There is also a big connector on the engine, and one on the tranni.
And then, there have been reports of a manufacturer who put a large multi-wire connector between the engine component boxes and the dash UNDER the RV. Where it's subjected to road water, salts, and other nasty stuff. Getting all rusty and groady. My memory may be faulty so please excuse me if it is, but I think I read that about the Alpine.
Someone with your model might have better advice.
