Here are a few starting points.
You know the drill. Clean and shine it up. Advertise high and gauge the response.
Presented and priced right there will at least be some interest including the tire kickers and dreamers.

I just compared the prices for the JD Power value that I downloaded last year, just before we bought our 2005 40FDTS and the base price has dropped about $1200 since last year, but oddly, some of the options have increased in value making the overall value about the same.

I downloaded the sales brochure and then used the lists in the brochure of what came in the base vehicle and what was optional and then added the options on the coach we were looking at into the JD Power calculator to get an accurate value. I just ran it again just to see where mine is at, and the overall value has dropped by $18 since this time last year, so be sure to run the value with the options. I hate to think of the loss on a new (or even newish) rig over a year.
