Alpines in FMCA Magazine

See page 92 of the June 2010 issue.

I recognize Vic Egg apparently describing a fish he caught, & his sweetheart Wilma to his left.
Any other Alpiner's identifiable there?

Yes, EMike...I saw that, too. Looks like a fun rally in swing! So you don't think Vic was expounding on something wonderful he found out about his Alpine?

I just realized it was the May issue I was looking at, and it was on page 82 there, as a header to the Association Calendar for International Conventions and Area Rallies. For them to use it twice must mean that Alpiners have GREAT gatherings!

I'm not positive but the guy on the left in the sunglasses looks a bit like Jerry Smith. Don't know if he was at the rally. Looks like Desert Rat?

That photo was shot at the Albuquerque FMCA Rally in March this year, specifically at the Balloon Fiesta Park. The Meadow Green coach to the right of center is ours.

Thanks for pointing out the photo Mike!

Cheers!

As Mike said, the picture is from the ACA group at the Albuquerque FMCA Rally. The Cinnabar coach is Doris and mine. This was our first experience with ACA and we had a really good time and learned an awful lot about our Alpine. It was amazing to me how, what ever the problem I was having, someone stepped in and helped me solve it.
