I don't know how to do it with your system, but have done on mine, a Xantrex. It you can find the wire that controls the AGS, you can do the same.
Cut the AGS control wire and install a spst relay with a 120 volt coil in that line, on the normally closed contacts. Connect the relay coil to the contactor in the transfer box, for the power cord. The 120 volt power source has to be only from the cord and not from any of the circuit breakers inside. When the coach is plugged in, with power, the relay will open the AGS control circuit and disable it. If there is a loss of power to the coach, the relay will close and re-enable the AGS.
