My innovatech back up system is on the fritz. The CRT is going out and need replacement. Seems innovatech is no longer around. Would like to replace with color. What can I use to use the same cable?

I replaced my camera to color. Had to replace both monitor and camera but used thew same coax. Folks at RVCams.co were very help and had the best price and tun around.
