I had a '98 Alpine Coach which I purchased in '04. Right after buying it I put in a new color backup camera. It was a very small Voyager model, and was easily angled to show well past my tow car for great ease on seeing how far I was beyond the vehicle I was passing allowing for a comfortable distance to pull back into the driving lane.

I recently traded the '98 for an '07 Limited SE. I was disappointed to see that the camera was very large, and could not be repositioned in the airfoil notch. All I can see in the screen is the tow car which makes me very uncomfortable when passing. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, did you do anything to make a correction? The camera bracket is riveted to the coach as is the airfoil. I'm not sure what problems would be encountered to break the rivets on the airfoil to get to the camera to replace it, and the rivets that hold the camera base. Also, I have a 3-camera setup, and I'm unsure if this has any effect on the type of camera I purchase (would prefer one like what I put on the '98).
