Hopefully low enough for me to justify it...

It's really sad that our economy is in such bad shape. I suspect the prices will go much lower in the near future including houses, cars and everything else except food, taxes, insurance and fuel.

I lost my dream home because the value fell 64% but the taxes and insurance didn't and my business volume fell 70%. I purchased a foreclosure home that needed a lot of work cheap and remolded it thinking I couldn't lose money on that deal. Yesterday the real estate lady said it was worth $30,000 less than what I paid for it!

Sold my $12,000 truck for $6,500, the best I could get. Sold my $10,000 Harley for $6,000 the best I could get. Times are rough and they aren't getting any better.

While NOT an Alpine here is another class A market indicator..

2011 American Coach American Revolution 42Q - Class A Diesel -

Or at minimum a baseline by which to deal on a "New" class A RV
This dealer is offering 27.3% off MSRP in their e-mail advertising..And that is their STARTING POINT!

I would suspect that there is another 5-10% of negotiating room, meaning that a negotiator could easily buy new for 35% off retail....

That is the indicator of the class A market Today...

Now's the time to buy! How low will it go??

And I thought I did well in early 2009

Myth:

That does seem like a good price for a highline coach, though you'd still be driving a Fleetwood.....

(I anticipate a censure here, since at least one moderator surely owns a Fleetwood and I've been edited lately for "being mean". Bad boy, bad boy!)
