BIG step up into the RV solutions
All,
With the RV leveled and front step out it’s a big step up from the retractable step to inside the RV.
Any modifications on extra steps or outside folding step you guys use. Most folding steps aren’t much higher than the RV step.
Pictures or links would be great
Cheers
Bob

Google “rv folding step stool”. You will see several. Our first one although adjustable didn’t go high enough at times. Bought another that goes higher. Don’t recall eithers name

Derek,
That’s what we’re seeing, most step don’t go high enough or would be an awkward 2 step climbing in.
Just seeing what works for people here.
Thanks
Bob

Just suggest whatever you buy is heavy duty and a wide spread of the legs. Last thing you want is someone stepping on the corner of the stool and it flies up. I use a 24x15 6” high metal step I bought at???? Legs fold out at an angle. It will hold a lot and not tip. Definitely would not go with anything plastic.

The way you worded this, I'm not sure what you want.
If you are talking about a step to go on the ground, look at the SafetyStep line. I bought the largest with adjustable legs (link here). It's expensive. I offset mine a few inches in the direction opposite the door hinge, as that seems to give the most space for feet going up or down.

That’s an astute observation. If we’re talking about the transition from the retractable Kwikee step to the first step inside the coach, that will always be the same regardless of whether the coach is up on the bags, dumped and level or not level at all. The only way to add a step between those 2 levels would be to add a step on the retractable step that would be approximately half the size of the retractable step. It would need to be secured, would probably be somewhat awkward to use and would need to be removed prior to retracting the step
If we’re talking about the transition from ground to the retractable step, which can vary depending on the site, then any number of options are available.

Bought this at Walmart. Light weight, weather proof, adjustable, and not expensive. Works great !

BIG step up into the RV solutions
Try dumping the air then manually leveling, extending jacks just enough to make it level. I have a portable folding step but only need it about 50% of the time.
Edit: Never mind. I think I mis-interpreted what the op was trying to do
