I highly recommend the Banks Power Pack. It's expensive but it works. I didn't really see any significant mileage improvement - but I don't seem to be able to keep my foot out of it.

Banks does not seem to offer that for the ISC any more.

I did have 2000 Alpine, with the ISC for 10 years. Years ago Cummins used to have Booster club meetings that I did go to. Their recommendation was not to use after market power booster products. I would be concerned about causing damage to your engine using booster products.

As far as the air cleaner and exhaust improvements, I think WRV did an adequate job and I would not change it.

To improve mileage I ran my tires at the Maximum cold air pressure stayed at 55mph.
I always towed heavy suv's and was getting about 10mpg. Also I would replace your fuel filters.

The onle thing that hurts my mileage now is biodiesel. I live in Oregon and I don't have any choice. I do use Diesel Kleene available Walmart and truck stops. It is for fuel treatment and not mileage. Big fleets in Oregon are using some type of fuel treatment in their storage tanks.

All I know when cross in CA. I do notice difference in my mileage.

True!
The supplier of the Ottomind (black box) either went out of business or quit making them. They tried to find another supplier but I guess they gave up. not surprised as most of us that wanted them already have them and they won't fit the newer (2003? and up) engines.
Banks worked with Cummins and Allison to keep their products within their guidelines and keep the warranty. However, I waited till both were out of warranty before installing ours. And yes, I did it myself. Took a while as some parts didn't fit (new turbo housing for one) and the original wiring harness was faulty.
Makes a huge difference in power too. The power/torque band is much wider than stock. In fact plotting the ISC 350 with Banks and the ISL 450 shows that they are very close all through the range. The ISC 330 will not come up that high for some reason.
