Question Chassis fuse box location

I own 2006 alpine Limited Edition. My horn and steps not operational. Possible blown fuse. Where is the chassis fuse box. Can anyone advise?

Also, in January, this year, my hydro-hot stop working when switch to "diesel" nor the furnace would come on. Thanks to the heat pump. Furnace heats best for temps 20 and below. Can anyone shine some lite?
Thanks

In the battery box is a silver handled chassis battery disconnect switch. Turn it off then back on. This will reboot the Vanso multiplexing modules (one on forward bulkhead of batt box, other behind the plastic kick panel ahead of passengers feet) which contain the self reseting beakers that power those two defunct functions.
