We're looking for a piece of furniture that will replace the hassock in our 2005 40'MDTS.
We've seen articles in RV magazines that show home-made versions...but haven't seen a commercial version yet?????

Mike:

Check out Davis Cabinets, think they are on the WEB. If I remember correctly, they are in Johnson City Oregon, not far from you. They make a number of retro fit Computer type of desks. If you want the top to match the other counter tops, the Karadon material is available through WRV, or form the MF in Canada. The MF is cheaper, but you have to buy an entire sheet measuring 4 x 8

Hope this is of help, take care,

Walt

Mike & Char,
Davis Cabinets is a great cabinet maker. We have a custom desk and cabinets built next to our recliner that you can not tell it was not made by WRV. Shaun Davis has advertised in the ACA newsletter for years. They are actually located in Junction City Oregon which is just north of Eugene. Their number is 541.998.8778 and their web site is http://www.daviscabinets.com

If you are at Homecoming there are many of us that have cabinets built by Davis and are happy for anyone to take a look. We have a 40 MDTS and will be at homecoming, you are welcome to look.
