Cup holders
Has anyone found a good replacement for the cup holders up front? They don’t hold anything well. Way too big.
Thanks

Not the answer you are looking for, but the Yeti 24oz mug fits the cupholder perfectly. Including the handle. So does the Yeti 10oz lowball cup. Both are 3.5" outside diameter without a taper. (That is assuming the '05 cupholder is the same as the '04.)

You mean the ones in the sliding drawer console?
I think Jim is on the right track. Get a cup that fits lol
I wouldn't want to try and replace them, but I bet you could use a 3D printer to create some adapter rings for whatever size beverage container you like to use.
You might even be able to make a low tech sort of adapter with wood and skilled use of a jigsaw

Yeah, we’ve got figured out which coffee cups fit, but soda/water bottles are a pain. I guess we’ll go low tech and modify one side.

Google "cup holder inserts" and use "images" to check out all the possible ways to reduce the diameter of those cup holders.

I screwed a 3-hole cup holder to the wall next to the driver’s seat, just aft of all the buttons and switches. It was from an old sailboat. There are probably at least a half dozen other options available that would accomplish the same goal.
The pull out console is out of the coach, still in the barn. It was a hindrance in the closed position and lethal in the open position.

We bought these. They work great for us and accommodate a variety of cups or bottles and fit in a variety of existing cup holders. However, they are pretty tall. That being said, they fit great in our coach and hold our 20 oz. Yeti tumblers very well.

I put one of these around the corner for the driver!

I also pulled the original cup holder out and took off the top plastic pieces and cut new black foam pieces to make them fit more snug to the cups.

try Weather Tech...
Check out the Weather Tech phone holder. It is a series of cups stacked into each other and you just select the one that fits your rig. Use it to hold you phone, they work great and then cannibalize the remaining cups to address your drink holder issues.

Heard about using a ladies "scrunchie". Put it around your cup, set it in the over-sized cup holder and then just tuck it down around the cup to take up extra space.
For the more DIY and adventurous types:

I've just hit on the idea of using a couple of water bottle cages for bicycles next to the driver's seat, but I haven't tried it yet. (The passenger side has good holders already.) I hope they will let me use something like the WeatherTech mount for my phone (which is plugged into the Android Auto head unit) while holding a water bottle and a soda securely by my side.
