Question Dash A/C recharge tube location?

I figured I would try the easiest route first but do not know where the tube to the A/C port is, that you would hook up a Freon recharge kit.

My dash air blows some mildly cool air now, and am thinking it may need a boost.

Thank you.

AC charge ports

I just went through this on our 01 Alpine the ports are in the generator slide, and there is a sight glass also that you can watch while charging (I had to use a mirror) when watching the the sight gauge add freon until the sight glass is clear ( no bubbles). I had to mist water on the condenser while charging to cool it because the hydraulic fan was not running.if you search the site their are a lot of thread's on this subject. Hope this help's

Tonka96--great explanation of the recharge process on the early Alpines--to include cooling/misting the condenser.....My compliments!!! Don't have the sight glass on my 03 so prefer/need to use a manifold gauge set to monitor pressures.....

Thank you. I will have to wait till the hydraulic issue is fixed as I can't open the Gen slide.

I know where to start, now.
