Dash Air Control switch failing - help needed

My dash air fan speed switch is not turning on the fan at any speed. If I play with the back side wires I can get it working intermittently. Looking at pulling it out, but does anyone know what this switch is so I can be prepared to get a new one if it is not a loose wire. 2001 Alpine

Jetar,

If you need the servo motor for the H valve be aware that the one from Thermotion is on off only (dumb) while the one you have is gradual (smart). Thermotion can sell you a relay to make their dumb motor a smart motor. Be sure to ask for a wiring diagram also.
