I would guess, since I do not have a drawing, it would be ďpanel commonĒ? Check continuity and see if it goes to ground.

The dimmer wire in the main headlight switch is PNL-A and is then spliced into PNL-B,-C and others. -A wire does feed your panel lights in multiple places but I think it is a PWM signal. PNL-C goes to the master gage I/O connector for the Actia gauges. If you are just trying to light an additional gauge with an LED in it there is a PNL wire at the terminal wire strip below the front Vansco.

Thank you, I will look tomorrow, its for the new ALPINE stereo that I installed, I am thinking of putting some remote speakers in the curb side bays but need to run speaker wire to a amplifier.
