Does anything powered by 120 volts work? AC, waterheater - whatever it is you've got there.
If not start checking where you're plugged in, is a breaker tripped? Is the outlet working?

Same symptoms when on generator?

Have you checked CG outlet with a voltmeter (assuming you are safe working around 120/240 VAC)?

Are you getting 120 power to the inverter?
Do you have a Surge Guard unit that is sticking? Mine is doing that so I have to open the case and jiggle the contactor.

….some great ideas being offered here but lets talk Alpine...first, Vansco has little or nothing to do with 120v power on the house side... second, are you on 50amp or 30 amp at the CG?....third, you have 120v AC roof A/C to one, maybe two, of the two legs of shore power or maybe genset, so your transfer switch transfering at least one of two legs....fourth, I would normally start with tracing from CG pedestal thu yr adaptors and power cord...at least one leg is working, and depending on location of surge protector [eg, upstream/down stream of transfer switch], make sure both legs are getting thru; fifth, I would begin with checking both all breakers in boxes and inverter; then check for 120v power on both legs of transfer switch and surge protector. Process of elimination--you will eventually find where one leg of the 120v power is being interrupted.

Excellent reasoning, Old Scout.

Since the same symptoms are on shore power and generator, the issue has to be on the "out" side of the ATS, wiring to main 120 VAC breaker box or in the breaker box.

With shore power disconnected, generator off, auto genset start off and inverter off, pull the lid on the ATS and front off the main breaker box. Should take less than 15 minutes to check that all connections are clean and tight (and no sign of overheating).

Only tools needs are screwdrivers

...OK Les, help us help you--you have to read what folks are offering you--otherwise, this isn't going to work very well. Again, Vansco is primarily a 12v system which control chassis related [automotive-style] functions. So far, you have been talking about 120V AC house functions…..

Sorry for the delay It appears that sub panel that is fed from the inverter is the problem. The Zantrex does not seem to want to reset. I will check to see if it can be jumper across allowing the aqua hot and receptacles to be used. Thanks to all

Yes, if you are safe working around 120 VAC, you can jump around the Xantrex inverter/charger.

If the charging function is still working, be sure you leave that connected as well.

If ANY QUESTION, have someone safe working with 120 VAC do it.

You say Aqua Hot does not work, do you mean the AH does not heat with 120 v? Does it work with diesel, that only requires 12 v.
