Early Alpine Paint Formulas

After an exhaustive internet search lasting several minutes, I learned:

Apparently, WRV used BASF Diamont paint from a company called Industrial Finishes for the early years.

Here are the formulas for the early blue/blue/charcoal/white scheme.

Just a word of caution ... I went down the same path and acquired some small cans of the colors for my coach. I took it to a an RV body shop to paint some specific areas. When I picked it up they said only one of the colors was even close to the present colors. They did a computer match which came out perfectly. I believe others have experienced the same thing. And, that paint is very expensive!
