Entry door “light assembly” replacement

Looking to replace the entry door light assembly (including sensor) on my ‘04 mid-door coach. I vaguely recall seeing a post with an Amazon link for this light assembly but for the life of me can’t locate it. Note attached photo...
Separately, how would a person quickly search the forum to locate the original thread/post on this light assembly. Please help… Thanks!

The same fixture on the driver side is commonly referred to as a “scare light”. Adding that to your search may help. The sensor is not OEM, I can’t help with that.

I ordered the replacements that were suggested in the post you mentioned as exact replacements. They were not correct for our coach. After returning them, I went to a local RV store with the OEM fixture in hand. They had a perfect match, with the only modification being that one hole had to be enlarged to alingn with the existing holes in the coach. I bought 2.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a part number for you.

here is the search strig I would use on google

scare light:https://www.irv2.com/forums/f104/

the part after the colon is the url of the IRV2 alpine coach forum.

One of the site found by the search is this: https://www.irv2.com/forums/f104/sca...ht-322200.html

Looking through search results this thread seems to be a good one: https://www.irv2.com/forums/f104/sec...de-494359.html

Here is what I bought: Optronics RVSL21P RV Light

Google the part name and you will find several sources for the light.

I replaced my scare lights last year. I could not find a recessed light. Onr the side with the awning, I kept the old base, converted it to LED, and used a new lens. On the other side I used an all new surface mount fixture.
