Estimated Value

Just purchased a 2006 alpine limited 40fd. Near mint condition. 65K miles. New tires, all fluids and filters done, 6 new batteries, awnings replaced, etc. Runs great, no known issues. How much should this rig cost. Not sure if people really get NADA prices

I would think somewhere between $60 - 80K based on condition, modernization (Floors, residential refer, etc...) and upgrades (Solar, Lithium Batteries, etc..

The low number assumes mint condition as you mention with a completely stock interior.

That's my opinion and it's probably worth exactly what you are paying for it

I’m going to charge you twice what Paul did, therefore, my opinion will be worth double as well.

In today’s market, that coach in the condition you describe, would only be a hair below $80K at the lowest, and likely closer to $90K. Significant upgrades, like ample solar and lithium batteries, can be expected to increase the price somewhat, but most other upgrades should be considered “changes of taste.”

The 40 footers tend to be priced higher than the 36 or 38, but condition and maintenance is everything. That coach in the mid-70k range would be a good deal.

Apex or Limited?

Id lump in in the $70-90K range as well. Some sellers might ask more than $100K and then there are others who sell due to illness, death, divorce, etc and just want it gone.

Whatever you paid is what you believed it should cost.
