It's a GE GWE19JSLSS.
We bought it from Costco.com and they delivered and helped us put through emergency window as well as take the old out same way!
Came with an extra year (2 total) warranty and we bought 3 more for only $99.
We simply took out all the old shelf that was in there to support the old fridge and built a foundation with 4X6 blocks and heavy metal strip from Home Depot. If I had it to do over again I'd use 4X4 instead as it would allow more roiom under there to bolt the fridge in after install.....there is at least 1/4" clearance from the zero-clearance heater.
Good luck!

Paul, is that your furnace under the fridge?
I have a drawer under my fridge. My furnace is in the basement under the laundry. Sounds like I can install a fridge lower and avoid the clearance issue in the ceiling. hmmmm

Absolutely the heater is directly below the fridge......i think I had to install it something like 8-9" above the floor level

Great pictures Paul!
Got another question. Have you run your furnace for any considerable length of time since the refrigerator install? I ask because the return air vents on the furnace are on top, as seen in your pictures, and with only a 1/4" air gap to allow return air flow into the furnace, I was curious to know if there was any loss of heated air flow from the vents, overheating of the furnace, or increased "wind" noise/whistling from the restricted space.

Yes and there are no issues. The pictures are a little deceiving as the larger air intakes are actually on the sides in the rear but can't be seen in the picture.
If you pull off your grill and take a look at the actual heater you will see that on the sides in the rear
