Fuel Primer Button

Can anyone explain where the fuel pump primer button is on a Cummins ISC 350.
My engine stopped due to low oil (just had it serviced 2 days ago).
I added 1 1/2 gallons but because it stopped running (vs shutting it off) air got in the fuel line after the pump.

What year ISC ?

Normal prime cycle on Cummins engines ; is ; 12 volt primer pump runs for 30 secs at ignition key on , repeating key off/on will restart the primer pump cycle .

Should apply.

Easy to verify: have someone turn the key to first position while you listen by passengers side behind rear tire. Electric pump should run 20-30 seconds and shut off.

If pump is running at high RPM, it is AIR. Lower RPM is diesel.

Disconnected a fuel injector line and fuel is being delivered.. still won’t start. Might be a fuse to the ECM?

I’m curious where the gallon and a half of oil went? Was it not filled during the ‘service’?

Still would like to know the year of your ISC .
Two different injection systems possible on ISC . CAPS and HPCR .
Removing an injector line on HPCR can be hazardous to your health . 33,000 PSI.

But many years of ISB and ISC had 4 or 5 battery fuses ( non ignition feeds) to the Cummins ECM ; some years inline fuse holders , some years chassis would have a rear fuse panel . No idea what Alpine used , but Cummins specified the circuits and number of fuses .

That was on a 12 valve , 8.3 L Cummins engine with the mechanical P-7100 injector pump , the predecessor of the 24 valve ISC
