Fueling port 2005FDQS
As I am sure most have spent to long time refueling your coach. I understand why. My question is has anyone repositioned the port so that you get a straight in hose for the fuel and doesn’t get backed up and shut off the pump.

Fueling port 2005FDQS
Have you tried fueling at the truck pumps? I cannot fuel at a regular pump without it taking a long time. But at the truck island, wide open all the way to the top.
I have moved my vent hose to the top of the fill tube and removed the kinks. But it did not help fueling at a car pump.
Someone did reroute the fill tube to the side of the coach. Can’t remember who it was.

I refuel at truck stops all time because I feel they pump more diesel fiuel than gas stations this newer product. I have the burping problem there as well. I have looked at the vent line and it looks ok with no sags I think I might do some modifications to the vent line and see if that helps. Thank for your suggestions. Safe traveling

Panaman posted pictures and instructions for moving his fuel fill a couple years ago.

Update. Went to gas station yesterday and
roped off. Guess what no burping went smooth just like fueling my car. Now it’s decision time gas station or truck stop got to think about it.

Super. I prefer the truck islands. Just easier to me. I usually find an open island too!
