Max/Mark if you are monitoring this how can we get our Harmony remote back that you took to the factory to be reprogramed. Will any of the other remotes work to operate the Silver Leaf in our Apex? We have no idea what service was done and either does Redlands RV. Could one of you please contact us and let us know what you found and is it fixed or are we looking forward to a 4th. alternator?

Jeanne,

There are many models of Harmony remotes, the only problem is programing them for the Silver Leaf. For your coach, Silver Leaf can probably help you with the programing.
