Rick is trying to correspond through ACA email. Has anyone tried to contact him to assist with resolving his HWH and kitchen drain line issues from here?

….Todd, I emailed Rick asked him to redirect his question to this forum--not sure he even knows that IRV2 exists at this point. Asked him to consider using IRV2 for technical issues and problems as using the ACA organizational email pushes stuff out to all our members, whether they are interested or not. Lets see if he finds his way here, then we can respond.....

I did respond, I think, not sure if the"reply" feature works the same as my other email?

Suggested that he check house battery voltage and connections. To help him out, we need more info on exactly what is and isn't working and what, if any, trouble shooting he has done.

I copied and pasted his email address into a new email and responded. He is in Woodburn, OR. I offered the same advise about voltage and IRV2 but he has not responded. I hope he finds his way here. Thanks, guys.

I just called him on his cell and he made it back home to Washington this morning. I didn't see his email until I saw your comment on this forum.

I figured it was a solenoid issue and it was. But even after the solenoid change it intermittently worked.

I told him that I had to replace the solenoid for the pump and the master solenoid that powers the pump system at the same time. It had been intermittent before it went out all together. That was a couple of years ago.

My Apex is a 2007 so it is arranged differently than his 2005 in the Hydraulic Pump bay but I think he has a good idea of what to look for now.

I mentioned IRV2 to him as well and he said he was impressed with the response he has had on this from people via his email.

He will be looking into his issue now that he is home.
