HWH issues?

Hi all! My HWH system started acting up a while ago! the issue is that it will not dump the air when self leveling of when you push the dump button! Is there something I can check or is this a send back to HWH issue? 2000 40 FDS limited!
Thanks for any help!
Troy

I've contacted HWH with various HWH problems. They have been very helpful in resolving the problems myself, including the parts I've needed. One quick check, my controller is on a drawer that pulls out. There is a plug on the back of the controller that is not very well secured - pushing the plug on firmly has solved a couple of my problems.

HWH issues?

Check the wires on the cables going to the controller on the drawer slide, WRV besides being infamous for long wires is also infamous for short wires on that cable, the connections break VERY easily!

Normal operation of the system is to take about 2 minutes to dump the air bags then lower the jack that is on the lowest corner, the proceed with the rest of the jacks, then shut off. The system will NOT work if the parking brake is not set.

Do you get a "Park" light on the dash?

Do you get any lights on the HWH panel, which ones and what is the model number of the panel?

Does the system operate properly in all other aspects including after starting the auto leveling, give it about 2 minutes does it extend the jacks?

Can you raise and lower the jacks manually?

Can you extend the slides?

thanks for all the info! I'll start checking wire tomorrow! It goes through the self level routine, it just doesn't air down as it used to!
Thanks again for the input!
