Per HWH parts manual, RAP9517 is the part number for the cylinder for your jack

Dennis, Looking at the chart Veraken provided it appears your jack has a 12 ton capacity and the one I have is only nine tons. Bad luck!

I wonder if the glands are welded making repair/reseal a lot more difficult and expensive - but not impossible. I will look at mine when it comes back from the dealer in May.

Anyone have a drawing or up close picture?

I don't want to hijack this thread, but while we're discussing HWH parts:
Has anyone ever had an HWH solenoid rebuilt by a local hydraulic repair shop?

I had one replaced a few years ago and still have the one that was removed. Id like to have it rebuilt- just in case.

Any shops in California that will rebuild one?
Thanks

To gmcgene and OP, I'm Mark with a 2000 36FDS,
1st to gene, having worked in auto parts ages ago I used to go to places like AIS; Alternator Ignition Starter, just one of im sure many in the San Fernando Valley which was just north over the hill from Los Angeles. I could get just about anything rebuilt. I would suggest you do Google search " automotive, heavy truck, bus or industrial electric component rebuild or remanufacture services" near me."
2. For gene and OP I've used mobile a mobile mechanic by me in the Antelope Valley called Diesel Tronics. Alex has been a great help to me. He offered to let me go with him to a Hydraulic cylinder place near the Los Angeles area with him, fork lift cylinder rebuild or seal kit for him, 1950's Hein Werner 10 ton jack cylinder for me. As the name implies he does electronics and electrical diagnostic and replacement services. Hope this general info may be of some help.

Paul just sent me 2 new leveling jack solenoids. Fast service, new was $325 each+ tax+shipping, bought spare also. Rebuilt units were about $75 to $100 less; sorry can't recall exactly.
