Question Jacks stuck 2000 Alpine 40' in TX

Here we go: we used our coach on 4/8-4/10. Everything worked great. 4/12 Dropped it off at a big truck place to check out: chassis, shocks, brakes, & driver ac/heater would not blow. They said everything underneath looked great & the ac needed a vacuum hose & freon. We picked it up bc we needed to use it again 4/22-4/24. We then took it to a local guy to service the generator. I showed him how to access generator on 4/19. It worked fine. He told us we could pick it up that evening. He then said it would be the next day. My husband went to get it on 4/21 & the front generator slide would not close. We bought in January & have never had this problem. They began messing with all of the wires that are up front by the generator. It still would not work. I asked if they had checked fuses, NO. Sure enough there were 2-15 amp fuses not working. They replaced them & the slide worked fine. We went to our destination on 4/22 & the jacks would not come down. The HYD lite flashes, air is released, the motor for the jacks comes on but they do not drop. My husband checked hydraulic fluid, it was good. We were told on fb to check HWH plug ins & fuses, they are all good. When we turn on HWH light the box starts clicking. Anyone have any ideas. Also we are in Bryan College Station TX, can anyone recommend a good repair service within 100 miles?

Also our backup camera quit on 4/8 along with phone charger. We are not getting power to that area & cannot locate reason.

Thank you!!!

If the motor runs for the leveling system, and nothing happens, you could have a broken shaft/connector between the motor and the pump, or a bad shuttle valve. I'm not familiar with HWH. It would be good to know the model # of the leveling system. Do you have the manual on the jacks? They usually have some troubleshooting steps. Hope someone else can chime in.

For example, here are the troubleshooting for the 325 system.
