Justin, I got the numbers off one of the lamps and looked it up. I got the marker lamps on ebay and I got the turn signal on the mirrior on ebay. I replaced the bulbs with LED. It could of been Amazon. All you need is the numbers. The more I think about it the Led markers came in one piece. Then I got new lens for the mirrors with led bulbs.

To replace just the incandescent bulbs with LED, I found JDM Star has a great selection. These are good quality and very bright. Don't get sucked into buying the cheap eBay stuff. Replaced my brake, back-up and turn signal light bulbs. Catalog and orders can be made here: https://www.jdmastar.com/

Direct replacement LED markers for a 1999 Alpine is Truck-Lite. Not sure about 2004. Many truck repair shops carry or can order these lights. These are sealed one piece fixtures. Truck-Lite website can be found here: Welcome to Truck-Lite

Just went through this recently. I bought one Truck Lite 25250Y three LED assembly that physically matched my old marker lights pretty closely. It was $17. I was disappointed with the brightness .

Second I tried a Truck Lite 25766Y housing with a single 5 LED 194 style bulb. I paid $4.20 for the lens from Part Deal. It comes with a new gasket but you have to use the original bulb socket. I paid $9 for a 10 pack of LED bulbs on Amazon.

I am happy with the brightness of this combination. I think just replacing the original 12 year old housings with new, clean housings is an improvement. All my marker lights have been replaced with these new bulbs.

Just out of curiosity I took my old 194 incandescent bulb and the new LED into work and measured the current draw on the bulbs.

Pilot IL-194W-5 (5 Led 194 Bulb)
@12V .033A .396W
@14V .052A .728W

Incandescent 194 Bulb
@12V .24A 2.88W
@14V .26A 3.64W
