I have been using the harmony remotes at home for years and just started in the rv last year. I have found that Harmony keeps making the programing smarter all the time. That said I still find that I have to fine tune the set up on the web site usually a few times to get it to work as I want. One nice feature of the Harmony remote is that if you have problems just hit the help button and answer the questions on the screen. This will solve most problems.

thanks, I have been using the help button and correcting but sometimes it is just easier to pick up the component remote and correct it that way. It looks like I need to bring the remote in and hook up to their website and see if I can work out some of the programming frustrations
