yes, there are a set of leveling screws in the control box, but I defy anyone to get to them
They are behind the HWH pump system, which on the Apex has an auxillary pump built into the system, which makes it longer than the standard system seen on all the other coaches. so, with all the hydraulic hoses jammed in and around the longer manifold, they jammed the HWH control box in behind all of that. Unreachable. And on top of that, the control box is partially velcroed in, so adjustments are pretty much useless, even if you could reach them.

I have a 2000, so much less sophisticated than your Apex systems.
I have noticed that the HWH system can get confused, so I just turn it off and try again later.
More than once, it indicated that it couldn't level because the slope was too large. When I tried later, it leveled just fine.
As mentioned above, you can't trust those little plastic levels. You need a good long 2 to 4' level. Even then, if your floor has tiny iregularities, the level will not be accurate.
