New, yes, but will probably need to spend $6-10k immediately. New tires, new house and chassis batteries, all fluids changed, hoses inspected, aqua hot serviced, plus find/fix all the issues that WRV didn't quite do correctly at manufacture. I'd also immediately grease the U-joint and/or be prepared to change that (mine was shot by 4500 miles). Hopefully, the coach was stored under cover, or there will likely be dry rot in the walls/floors under a window or two.
None-the-less, it would be a fun project to get it for a good price, and take the time to truly make it brand new again!
