Partial Update

So I managed to get in touch with HWH. I got a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. I sent the three cylinders in for repair. Both slide cylinders and the sync cylinder.

Shipped 1/7/23

received back at the house 1/20/23

Billed by HWH $365

It will be a few weeks before I have time to reassemble.

as hwh is able to secure more workers, the wait time is diminishing.
the cost of repair is always low, especially with a one year warranty on the repaired part.
i have remaned parts done all the time, so i know what you guys go thru. i dont ask for or receive special treatment.
