It is a Velvac model 2030 but there are options within that model so you would need to check specifics. Try P/N 714341 driver side and 714342 passenger. These are listed on the Velvac web page using the make/model lookup tool.

I got a used Velvac set (chrome) in excellent shape from Visone in KY. I got both sides with arms and bases (mounting plates) for $400.
I tried doing myself but base bolts just spun and would not back out. I paid my local shop @ $250 to marry the best of existing and replacements and now they look excellent.

I also got a set of mirror covers and wiper covers off Amazon to protect them when not driving.

Good luck with your install.

I just looked at mine and they are held on by four bolts with lock nuts. Shouldn't be to bad

They aren't too difficult to remove and replace. A second set of hands and a cordless impact certainly helps. Be aware there are large fender washers and flat washers on the backside of the cap. They will be slightly bent to the contour of the fiberglass cap.
Do not over tighten the cap screws when reinstalling them.
Good Luck!

Dennis, Dudley do-Right here. Like some others who posted on this, yes you have to get up inside the cowl just under the windshield. You will probably have trouble with the nuts being stuck on the bolts and no way to hold the bolt still. Since you're replacing the whole thing anyway, either take a sawsall and just cut a chunk out of the base so you can get hold of the bolthead, or use a hole saw and cut an access in it for the same ends. You could also take the chrome plug out of the btm. of the base and unscrew the bolt that holds the arm in the base. once that's removed it exposes the tapered hole that the arm sits in. I don't think you can get to all the bolt heads even then but that gives you a better starting place to cut away some of the base. But these are all last resort ways. Soak all those nuts with WD40 or something similar, and you might get lucky. Good Luck, Dudley Do-Right, '06Alpine Apex 40 MDTS

I would also not use the same bolts to mount the base plate, I got SS instead.

My chrome plating on the Original mirrors/bases were fading. Pulled them off replaced some misc internal worn parts and color matched the mirrors / bases to the coach color..
They turned out Great.

Good luck on getting the Bases off the Coach.
I painting my mirrors and bases the same color as the coach and replaced the glass mirrors and mechanical components.
