Our NDA 1402 fridge freezer compartment is only getting down to about 28. We put in test mode (by passing the electronics and running it full time) and it stayed about the same. So we need new coils at least. Several shops have told us they are very expensive to repair and not worth it - total pain to work on. Has anyone else been told the same thing? Glade we bought that warranty - just about paid for in 8 months!
