Just a heads up for coach owners who got the Coach-Net service with their new coaches. I just got a call from Coach net, they are calling everyone on their list of owners who got Coach-Net from WRV. The program was never finalized with WRV, and is not valid. If you are traveling and want the service, Coach-Net has a special price to re-activate your account.

Dixie, My goodness....what's next?

We are traveling at the moment so not home to receive call. Is there a special phone number that we should use?

Joel & Mary,

I must be wearing Dixie's name badge again, she doesn't actually do anything on the forum. I just put her name in there with mine so that everyone knows who I belong to. I don't know any special number, but if you call Coach_Net @ 877 801-0333, I am sure that they can help you. I probably won't be posting for a few days, as we are trying to get up to the factory ASAP to pick up our coach.

Dale

We just got the call, also - saying WRV never paid for the service!

Mary - Coach-Net's number for sales is 800-863-6740; for member services it is 877-801-0333. You may very well want to talk with them to get covered while you are traveling since there is no one at WRV to help with a problem!

We won't be traveling for the next 2 months in the coach so we have some time to think about it.

Dale- Good luck @ the factory. There is a FedEx-Kinkos (east on Athanum, north on Main St, its on the right hand side less than 1/2 mile) where you can internet is so inclined. I'd be interested in hearing how it goes there. Mike

Joel & Mary,

No need for an apology, I didn't sign it. The name badge comment comes from me picking up and wearing Dixie's name badge at a rally.

Mike,

Not much luck involved. Aprox. 2000 mile round trip to the factory for warranty repairs = Very small portion of work completed + we get to attend the "Home Coming Rally", which is considerably less than I had hoped for on a not so small investment in fuel. Thanks for the location for internet access and I broke down after the Balloon rally and bought a Verizon card. The card works great.

Dale

I got the voice mail from CoachNet. What fun

They noted the following number as the one to call at the factory for any issues w/the coach (I don't recognize it from previous contacts, so thought some here might make use of it, who knows?):

509) 853-2940
