Open Letter From Alpine So/Cal RV Club

To: Keith Shomaker
Redlands Truck & RV Performance Center

Hi Keith;

On behalf of our Alpine Club, we wish to thank you and Redlands Truck for your support during our Rally in Newport Beach November 5-7, 2009.

The Friday night dinner of Chili and Sandwiches was enjoyed by all. Please accept our thanks for your hosting this meal. The Chili was a big hit and even lasted into the next evenings Heavy Hors d'Oeuvres.

Tom and Shane were very busy on Friday inspecting every rig. It appears that a number of coaches will be visiting Redlands Truck for a variety of services including the steering bracket upgrades. Tom's presentation to the group was very well received and provided information on a wide range of topics that were helpful to our members.

Tom also assisted us by coaching one of our new members on the phone who was stranded on the Highway. The Brown's were very appreciative of the personal and experienced service that he provided to them.

We also missed seeing you and wish your family the best during this difficult time.

We value your positive and proactive approach in keeping our coaches safely on the road.

Happy Holidays to you and your team,
The Alpine So/Cal RV Club
