Original flooring material

We have a 99 40fds. It has 16"tile floor. There is water damage near the toilet which is laminate in the toilet area only. Underneath the lav sink where the water heater is the floor looks to be sheet linoleum. I'm under the impression that there is no way this thing was built with the entire floor being sheet flooring. We are going to put plank laminate flooring down. And are suprised to see mortar and durarock board beneath it. So I'm just curious if anybody has replaced their floor and can tell me what they found underneath the tile.....thanks.

My tile is glued to a luan underlay with is glued to the plywood floor. I had to pull up one tile and it took me 15 minutes for one tile.

Tile floor is almost 1 inch higher then the floor under the bathroom sink. It appears to my friend doing the work that instead of repairing the rotten wood they just threw durarock over it and laid another floor. This probably explains why the bar under the couch on the slide leaves scratch marks on the floor when the slide is pulled in.
(the floor is too high)

I had to pull up my tile in the drivers area due to a leak from the A/C. What I found was some type of 3/4 inch composite board which appeared to have been treated with some kind of waterproofing liquid before tile mastic was applied. It was the original sub floor I'm pretty sure.
I sure don't envy you the job of getting all that junk up.
