Outside bay door latch

Hello, has anyone got the part number for the lockable outside bay latch? I have one that will not latch but I don't see any information at all on the latch.

Thanks
Paul

Try lubricating the mechanism with silicone spray lube.

I replaced all of my bay and engine latches as mine were very worn looking. There is an adjustment screw on the backside of the latch that merely may need an adjustment for it to function properly. However, if you need a replacement, I purchased my replacement latches from DB Roberts. I believe that the latch manufacturer is SouthCo. Regardless, tomorrow I'll look at my spare latch box and get you a part number.

Thanks, I have tried to adjust and lubricate but no luck.
A part number would be great! I thought it was a Southco brand but did not see in there catalog online.
I hope they still make the latch?

Vtxbiker,
Here was my source for the SouthCo latches:
DB Roberts: (425)415-0410

MKelly gave you the keyed latch part number above.

If you need replacement non-keyed latches: PN C5-11-45
Latch gaskets: PN C5-82

As I purchased my new latches about a year ago, I’d imagine that they still stock them.

Cheers!

DB Roberts still sells them. See the attached drawings.
Non-locking: C5-11-45 are listed at $35.21/ea with factory lead time of 60 days.
Locking: C5-31-45 are listed at $39.88 with factory lead time of 90 days.

I need to get a count on mine.
