Paint Colors on 2001 Alpine

Hi,

We have a 2001 Alpine that we have re-done. My question is can someone tell me where I can find the names of the colors that are on it? It is mostly white with a sort of burgundy and then the bottom is a tannish/gold? We removed some tape and found where someone before us had covered up a boo boo.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

There are some paint records available on the ACA website but youíre pretty much wasting your time. Many of us have gone down that path only to be disappointed because getting the ďexactĒ color and matching faded colors using the original paint codes is simply not possible. Take it to a reputable body shop and theyíll computer match it to your satisfaction.

Does it look like this??

If so it's actually a 2000 paint scheme but is what is on our 2001 36MDDS.

Cheers

Unless you are painting the entire coach you should have the body shop match the colors. If you give them the names and paint codes for the original paint they will produce a paint that will match your color as it was when manufactured 19 years ago, not as it is faded and aged today. Put the responsibility for matching the paint where it belongs, with the body shop.

You're welcome......but as bcbowers has said that was the color 20 years ago.....probably just a little different after all these years
