Possible Vansco module issue

Looking at a 2008 Western Alpine coach with a possible Vansco module failure. If this is in fact the problem. Can it be fixed? Thanks for your help

There have been a couple of posts from people that have had repairs made. I donít recall who and donít know where they had repairs made. Somebody will come on here and offer a little more information. It may take a day or so for a response.

Engineer Mike would be the member here that I think is the Vansco guru. Besides waiting for him to contribute, you can search "vansco Alpine Coach on Google and find other RVers who have posted about their issues. Here are a couple of examples:

What is the issue that leads to the idea that a Vansco module may be at fault?

The coach will not start with the key. When they get it running nothing on the dash works correctly. Apparently someone attempted to jump it and reversed the polarity. After talking with Engineer Mike I think that issue is repairable at a price but the coach appears to have several other issues including a leaky skylight. So for now I have decided to look for another coach

another contact is Steve Maurmann, the preesident od ACA.
He may know someone that purchased a new last year and no longer need it.
The del price will be around $2,ooo.oo del.
Good luck.
PS at least two years ago alpine owners had a chance to order new units, I think over 100 orders were placed .

I would like to add that I have an '06 Alpine Apex 40, MDTS. I live in a suburb of Indianapolis, and keep it at my home. I have been thinking about downsizing for a good while, but circumstances just never were quite right. However, should you be interested, I would be glad to discuss the [possibility of your interest in it. My name is Dudley Haycraft, and I go by "Dudley Do-Right" in the ACA. My phone # is 985-264-8131, and my E-mail is lilsugar148@outlook.com
