Has anyone installed one of these units or know anyone that has one? I would like to know if the differences are as good as they seem to be.

I used the Find (search) feature and entered: precisiontemp and there are a few threads on the topic.

I've been thinking of the same unit and will be checking one of the dealers listed on their site near our wintering location.

Have you considered using your propane fired hot water heater instead? You would need to add the same downstream components used in the commercial version of course, and would be limited to the heat available from the heater, quite a bit less than that from a hydroheat boiler, but would supply your needs in somewhat mild weather which most of us try to stay in anyway. I am going to do this before this winter.

Good question Jerry

I hope someone from WRV is looking at options other than Aqua Hot. The maintenance factor and finding qualified technicians concerns me.
Another option worth a look = Rixen's, said to be much easier to maintain. It looked great to me at the FMCA show.
