Success after replacing the reversing solenoid and swapping 2 black wires to the right location all is well. We are back in the cool!!! After I talked with the owner of the local RV parts shop. He told me he just did a swap of an old generation Penguin and a new generation so that the new one would work with the rear older Penguin and the bill came to $1800. I spent a total of $112 using used parts. Pc board $50 Reversing coil $10 start Capacitor $30 and run capacitor $22. Thanks for encouraging me to keep trouble shooting. I was close to buying a new AC unit.
