Can you maybe give us a clue as to if it’s hard or soft first?

If hard it could be steel, aluminum, or fiberglass.

If soft, it could be EPDM or TPO. There are videos on YouTube that will help you figure out what you have.

Start with one piece fiberglass plus fiberglass end caps. Hope this helps. Other Alpine owners may chime in with additional info.

one piece fiberglass bonded to aluminum 5.25" thickness with block foam in between the aluminum

There is no aluminum on the flat sections, top or bottom. Just ~1/4” luan. There is aluminum on the curved edges, where delamination is common.

Everything looks to be 1/8" with the possible exception of the top piece in the last photo. It looks like there is another layer of something it's closer to 3/16".Click image for larger version
