I couldn't find a exact replacement for that rubber channel. Now that I've had mine apart it seems something close might work.
C.R. Laurence is the company I used to get the supplies to de-fog my 06. The have a good selection of rubber channel. I have a roll of the fuzz that is between the sliding windows if you need some.
