We will be visiting our son and his family stationed in San Diego with the Navy from December 15-31, 2007. They are living in Chula Vista.
Chula Vista Marine RV Park has been suggested, however, appears to be full. Any other other suggestion?

Have you called Chula Vista Marine RV Park? We just stayed there, the website said it was full but they had spaces when I called. I have read some bad reviews for Mission Bay and Campland on the Bay but I have no personal experience with either place. I think each persons expectations and experience is different. Campland on the Bay was voted best campground in San Diego in 2006.
