Scare/security light.

I want to replace the security light on the drivers side outside wall. The light is cut into the side wall. Anyone know what they call this light? The ones i pull up online all say surface mount and doesn't recess into the wall. Thanks

Jim,
Dose your 04 have this security light on the drivers side?
If so, where is the switch to turn it on?
I have never been able to figure that light out.

Is this what you are looking for: https://www.etrailer.com/RV-Lighting...cs/RVSL31.html

The switch for our driver's side light is in the panel with tank monitors, etc opposite the refrigerator.

The switch on my 06 is right by the dinning room 110 volt light switch. A small white rocker switch along with another switch for a florescent light.

I just replaced my lenses only and it required a bit of hole modification with a drill bit to fit the old stainless steal can bolt hole.

Search "scare light" in google. I got mine from Amazon I believe.

The switch for our driver side security light is to the right of the (mid) entry door. It is a separate switch, above the dual switches for the inside fluorescent lights and the passenger side security light. I don't recall if it is labeled.

If you have that switch and it does not work on yours, is the bulb burned out?? The 1295 bulb that came in mine has a short life expectancy. (I switched to LED.)

Brett,

That is a surface mount light, according to the sketch. It might be suitable, but not what came with the coach. The one on the coach has the body of the light recessed into a hole in the fiberglass. Only the flange and part of the lens is protruding.
