Screen door latch holder to entry door

I have a 2005 34' FDDS, I recently broke this part. It holds the screen door to the entry door. Where can I find a replacement? Thanks

My only suggestion would be to contact PTL Engineering who manufactured the front door. https://ptlengineering.com/

I purchased the latch assembly from NW RV Supply. They may be able to help you. If you do find a source, please let us know, never know when you might need one.

I thunk you missed the actual problem. The black plastic piece is broken which no longer holds the latch in the position shown in the pictiure.

If it is not available as replacement part, what about going with longer screws and fabricating a metal cover plate? You can fill in the broken out piece behind the plate if needed for spacing.

I thunk you missed my point. I understood the problem. I was suggesting that since they had the latch mechanism, they might also have the part he needs.

If you don't mind how much did you Pay for that?
Mine fell apart when I took it off. I am replacing the vinyl covering on the inside of the door - actually I finished that project late this afternoon.
I made a drawing of it today and will make one however if they are expensive or difficult to get I could make a few more.
Thx
Joerg

I think they wanted $22 + shipping. Let me know if you make extras. I'll buy one from you.
