Thanks guys for your advice....Yes..probably lost about half quart...messy job also...use Dexron ATF fluid I understand ?

….interesting turn of events--I now have a minor leak in the rear cylinder....so following closely.....my understanding is that ATFIII is a match for the HWH fluid....only dif is that ATFIII has red dye.....if replacing only a quart or 2, think HWH fluid is still and option...

Yes. The difference is the dye. I bought the HWH fluid from Camping World, so i's readily available albeit a little more expensive then ATF.

Given that you have had 2 leaks already, I would anticipate more as all your seals are the same age. If I know I am going to leak, I wouldn't want to put red dye into the system and risk staining. Just my opinion, and probably worth what you paid for it.

Our coach has had red fluid since ownership as it has had a jack leak a little red fluid...autozone is very handy with less expensive fluid...
