SLide Maintenance

I have my mattress removed and I have the tops off of the bed platform.

STILL HUNTING FOR THE MOUSE!!!!!

I'm going to lube the accessible parts of the slide mechanism just for the sake of lubing it. Is there anything I should check while I'm fiddling around, tighten nuts, bolts, screws or inspect anything.

I'll be filling any holes I find and cleaning things up.

Thanks, Terry

Not sure what type of slide motor you have, but if it's a power gear, make sure that you check the gearbox cover screws. I just had to replace a motor assembly due to the cover screws being just loose enough for a roller in one of the bearings to work itself out destroyed the gearbox. I would pull all the screws, clean them and reassemble using blue locktite.
